Indicative cost worksheet

Enter Singapore dollar rates for the stated units. Some quantities are taken from the design; the rest need your input. Blank quantities or rates are unpriced. This worksheet is not a project quote.

Do not price posts separately if the sail rate already includes them. Foundations, engineering, operations, tax and maintenance need separate pricing. See COSTS_AND_MATERIALS.md for reference prices.

◉

Two towers

The podium stays fixed when the towers rotate.

Model notes

Ground: OSM roads use asphalt. Paths default to 3 m: gravel in mapped parks, concrete elsewhere. Paths to the podium are proposed. Neutral areas are unclassified ground; heights are flat.

The editable model uses the study proportions. The podium stays fixed. New edits need a separate simulation.
